Refund & Claims Policy

1. Service Fees & Cancellations

  • Standard Shipments: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee.

  • Specialized/Chartered Freight: Cancellations for dedicated air or sea charters are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed with the carrier.

2. Claims for Loss or Damage

All claims must be submitted in writing within the following windows:

  • Visible Damage: Must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt.

  • Concealed Damage: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-Delivery: Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated arrival date.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for service failures (e.g., failure to meet a “Guaranteed Express” window) will be credited to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Refunds are not granted for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events, including weather, labor strikes, or customs inspections.
